Terms of service

The plain line under each heading is a summary. The text beside the rule is the policy itself, and it’s the version that binds — if the two ever disagree, the clause wins.
1The agreement
Using a bober app means you’re agreeing to what’s on this page.
1.1 These terms form the agreement between you and bober for use of the sites and applications we operate.
1.2 Where an app has its own additional terms, those apply in addition to these and prevail on any point they address directly.
2Your account
Keep your login to yourself. What happens under it is treated as you.
2.1 You are responsible for activity carried out under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2.2 Tell us promptly at hello@bober.tech if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3What you make
Yours. We use it to run the app for you, and for nothing else.
3.1 You retain all rights in content you create. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display it in order to operate the service for you.
3.2 We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not train models on it.
4What we don’t allow
Don’t use our apps to harass people, break the law, or attack the service itself.
4.1 Prohibited: unlawful content, harassment, attempts to gain unauthorised access, and interference with the availability or integrity of the service.
4.2 We may suspend an account that breaches clause 4.1, and will say why unless prevented by law.
5If something goes wrong
Tell us and we’ll fix it or refund you. There’s a limit on what we can be liable for, set out below.
5.1 The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5.2 Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights as a consumer.
6Changes and law
If we change these terms we’ll date the change. Turkish law, Turkish courts.
6.1 Material changes take effect 30 days after the date shown at the top of this document; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
6.2 These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumer disputes may be taken to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court for your place of residence.
